Exercises are demonstrated using dumbbells, but every movement can be modified using bodyweight only, making this program flexible and accessible for any level.

This 6-week strength and movement program focuses on learning proper form, mastering essential exercises, and building confidence in the gym. You’ll train safely with weights and machines while developing balance, coordination, and full-body strength. About Me

My name is Inna Zhukov, and I was born in Pyatigorsk, Russia. I earned my degree from the Linguistic University, where I earned my Master’s degree as a Spanish teacher.

My passion for fitness and healthy living has been with me since I was young, and over the years, it has evolved into a deep commitment to helping others feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies.

Since 2021, I have been a certified nutrition coach through Macro Nutrition Coaching, approved by NASM, ISSA, and AFAA. I combine my expertise in nutrition and fitness to guide my clients toward sustainable, long-term results, focusing on both physical health and mindset.

My approach is about balance, not perfection. I focus on helping women set realistic goals and make changes that fit their lifestyle, so they feel empowered, motivated, and capable of sustaining long-term results.
